Estrela Santiago will feature some 2,500 residential properties, in architectural styles that encompass both the traditional and the ultra-contemporary. Plot sizes of up to 3,500m² will give the resort a spacious feel. The properties are also generously proportioned, with properties starting at 110m² apartments ranging up to villas of 300m² and larger.

Each area of the resort will have its own identity and will be laid out in micro-communities to create a warm, inviting atmosphere. Some properties will be income-generating, with a requirement that they be rented out for a given period each year. A property management company will be set up to handle the arrangements. Owners of other properties will also be able to use the property rental company's services.

Property owners will have the use of golf buggies for transport around the resort and free shuttle services for longer journeys. Car hire is available for exploring the island.

The entire resort will benefit from landscaping, walking and jogging trails and delightful views of the sea and mountains.
